TROMMEL (ROTARY) SCREEN
Cylinder made of a perforated metal sheet used to filter and remove waste. Driven by a gear reduction motor with a waste water collection system with built-in pump for recirculating the flow.
TANKS
Stainless steel tanks of various sizes either in a single piece or in sections. Vertical or horizontal agitation systems using blades.
INDUSTRIAL KILN
Kiln for use with an air drying flexographic printing machine. Base width from 800 to 2000mm. working temperatures 150/180º.
PULPERS
High density pulp grinders with a helical rotor and conventional pulpers with grinding arms or with a pulverizing plate.
HIGH AND LOW DENSITY CLEANERS
DR type high and low density centrifugal cleaner for keeping the pulp circuit free-flowing. 800 to 1,200 l/min volume Centrifugal cyclone type high and low density cleaner with motor incorporated and a double turbine for thick pulp, 500 to 1,800 l/min volume, also for diluted pulp, from 800 to 5,000 l/min.
SEPARATORS
Pre-deflaking classifier for use with recycled paper pulp. Using a rotor and sieve that work without pressure, it eliminates minor impurities while using very little energy. Models we build: separator 475 at 1,600 kg/h and separator 700 at 4,000 kg/h. Currently under development is our separator 1000.
VIBRATING SCREENS
Screen for installing at the waste outlet of the separator and screen for different circuits and densities. Both are made of perforated sheets and have a vibrating system that uses an eccentrically weighted motor.
DEFLAKERS
System for the elimination of particles. It improves the quality of the finished product. It functions by regulating a series of discs depending on the pulp used.
CLASSIFIERS
Classifiers or screens that work under pressure and are provided with filters with hole or slots, depending on the pulp used. Minimum slot of 0-15 mm. We build two types of classifiers with a similar production volume to the separators and with strengths of between 40 and 100 HP.
ROUND FORMERS
Sieves for use in the manufacture of paper. Made in stainless steel or part bronze.
